The agreement
These terms apply to your use of BuzzBuy, an app published by Webaimarket, established in Belgium. By installing or using BuzzBuy you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What BuzzBuy does
BuzzBuy checks publicly available product pages that you choose, and notifies you about changes in stock and price. It does not sell anything, and it does not buy anything on your behalf.
Information from shops
Stock and price information comes from third-party websites. It can be wrong, out of date or unavailable, and shops can change their pages or block automated checks at any time. Always confirm the price and availability on the shop’s own website before you buy. Any purchase is between you and the shop, under the shop’s terms.
No affiliation
Shop names and trademarks shown in BuzzBuy belong to their owners. BuzzBuy is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.
Fair use
Use BuzzBuy for your own shopping. Do not use it to collect data at scale, resell its information, overload or probe the service, or track pages with unlawful content. We may limit or suspend use that breaks these rules.
Subscriptions and credits
Some features may require a subscription or credits. The price and what is included are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. A subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel it; after cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.
Availability
We work to keep BuzzBuy running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or that every alert will arrive on time. Notifications depend on your device settings and on services outside our control.
Ownership
BuzzBuy, including its name, design and code, belongs to Webaimarket. You may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows you to.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a missed deal, a price paid, or other indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update BuzzBuy and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using BuzzBuy at any time by uninstalling it; see the data deletion page to remove your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
