In short: Rollcall is a private app for a group of friends who play together. It stores your email address to sign you in, your gamertag, and what happens in your squad’s sessions. Nothing is visible outside your squad, and there are no ads or tracking.
Who runs it
Rollcall is operated by Webaimarket, established in Belgium. Contact: admin@aividect.com.
What we collect
Your email address. Used only to sign you in: we email you a six-digit code. There is no password. We do not send marketing email.
Your gamertag and platform. Chosen by you, visible to the other members of any squad you join.
Your squad activity. Which sessions you claimed a slot for, whether you turned up, how late you were, and match results your squad’s host enters.
Ratings your squadmates give you. After a session, people you played with score three things (teamwork, composure and vibe) from 1 to 5. There is no free-text field anywhere in the app, so nobody can write anything about you; only numbers are stored.
A push notification token, if you allow notifications.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any data from your game account. There is no analytics SDK and no advertising or tracking.
Crash reports. If the app or our server hits an error, a report is sent to Sentry so we can fix it: what went wrong in the code, the app version, and your device model and operating system. It never includes your email address, gamertag, ratings, check-ins, or anything you typed.
How ratings work
This is the unusual part, so it is worth being plain about:
- Ratings are anonymous. You are shown averages, never who gave what. The server itself cannot read who rated whom; the database refuses it that permission.
- A score is shown from the first rating, as an average. Who gave it is never shown.
- Ratings cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including us and including your squad’s owner. The database only permits them to be inserted. This is deliberate: a record you could erase would be worthless.
Your record belongs to your gamertag
If you delete your account, your email and sign-in are deleted immediately. The ratings other people gave you remain attached to your gamertag, because they are your squad’s record of sessions you took part in, not personal content you authored. Signing up again with the same gamertag reconnects you to that history.
If you want your gamertag’s history removed as well, email us and we will delete it.
Who can see what
Only members of a squad you belong to can see your gamertag, your reliability, and your squad averages. There is no public profile, no discovery, no feed, and nothing is shared with anyone outside your squad.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Webaimarket is established in Belgium, so the GDPR applies to this app. We process your data to perform the agreement you enter into by using Rollcall: signing you in, running your squad’s sessions, and keeping the record those sessions produce. We do not process it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Where it is stored
On servers operated by Render (render.com). Emails are sent via Resend, and crash reports are processed by Sentry (sentry.io) in its EU region. All three act as processors on our behalf and only to provide the service.
Our database currently runs in Render’s Oregon (United States) region, so your data is transferred outside the EEA. Where that is the case we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by those providers, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long
For as long as your squad exists. Delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, or follow the steps on the data deletion page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. Email admin@aividect.com and we will respond within 30 days.
One limit is worth stating plainly rather than burying: ratings other people gave you cannot be edited or deleted, by us or by anyone. They are the squad’s record of sessions you took part in, and the database is configured so that no one holds the permission to change them. If you want your gamertag’s history removed entirely, email us and we will delete it.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Children
Rollcall is not intended for children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA and the UK). We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the app will tell you before the change takes effect.
