The agreement
By using Rollcall you agree to these terms. Rollcall is provided by Webaimarket, established in Belgium. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You need a working email address to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. One person, one account.
Your gamertag
Pick a gamertag you actually use. Do not impersonate someone else, and do not choose a name that is abusive or that identifies another private person. We can rename or remove a gamertag that breaks this rule.
Ratings, and why they are permanent
After a session you can score the people you played with on three fixed scales: teamwork, composure and vibe. By using Rollcall you accept that:
- Ratings you give cannot be withdrawn, edited, or deleted by you or by us.
- Ratings you receive become part of your gamertag’s record and stay there if you delete your account.
- Scores are shown as averages from the first rating. Who gave which rating is never shown.
- Ratings are one squad’s private opinion of how a night went. They are not a factual claim about you as a person, and they mean nothing outside that squad.
Do not organise a group to rate someone down. Do not create accounts to influence a score. Either gets the whole squad removed.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rollcall to harass, threaten, or bully anyone. Do not attempt to identify who gave a particular rating. Do not attack, probe, or scrape the service.
We may suspend or remove any account or squad that breaks these rules, without notice where the behaviour is serious.
Payment
Where a subscription is offered, it is billed by Apple or Google under their terms, renews automatically, and can be cancelled in your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. Free trial length and price are shown before you are charged.
Availability
Rollcall is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, that data will never be lost, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. It is an app for organising game nights; do not rely on it for anything that matters more than that.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may end your access if you break these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
