Fajrlock

Terms of Use

Last updated 15 September 2026

The agreement

These terms apply to your use of Fajrlock, an app published by Webaimarket, established in Belgium. By installing or using Fajrlock you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Fajrlock on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows you to.

How reliable the alarm is

Fajrlock uses Android’s alarm system and does everything it can to ring on time. Some things are outside its control, however: manufacturer battery savers, Do Not Disturb and silent modes, a flat battery, a device that is switched off, or a system update can all delay or stop an alarm.

  • Test your alarm after installing the app and after major system updates.
  • Allow the permissions Fajrlock asks for, including exact alarms and the battery-optimisation exception.
  • You are responsible for choosing the right time for your alarm.
  • Do not rely on Fajrlock as your only alarm when oversleeping would have serious consequences.

Barcodes and NFC tags

Place your barcode or tag somewhere you can reach safely, even half-awake and in the dark. Only use tags and codes you are entitled to use, and keep the one you registered where you can find it.

Advertising

Fajrlock is free and shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of individual ads, and a link in an ad takes you to a third party whose terms apply. How advertising data is handled is explained in the Fajrlock Privacy Policy.

Ownership

Fajrlock, including its name, design and code, belongs to Webaimarket. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

Fajrlock is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by an alarm that did not ring. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and ending

We may update Fajrlock and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. You can stop using Fajrlock at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
